About these terms

These terms apply when you use vplus.co.in or book a consultation with vPlus. ("we", "us"). By booking or paying for a session, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking service.

Our services

We provide business advisory services, including strategy consulting, digital solutions, financial advisory, brand development, outsourcing and statutory compliance support. Information on this website is general and is not professional advice for your specific situation until we have discussed it with you.

Booking a consultation

• Consultations last 30 minutes and are held on Google Meet or by phone, in IST.
• Bookings open from the next day. Same-day bookings are not available.
• Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and you receive our confirmation email.
• Please give accurate contact details. We are not responsible for a missed session caused by incorrect details.
• Please join on time. If you join late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.

Fees and payment

• The fee is ₹1,000 per 30-minute session, payable in advance.
• Payments are processed securely by PayU. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Applicable taxes, if any, are included in or added to the fee as shown at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nature of advice

Our advice is based on the information you share with us during the session. Decisions you make after a consultation are your own. Where a matter needs detailed work, such as filings, reports or ongoing engagement, we will agree a separate scope and fee with you in writing.

Confidentiality

We keep the business information you share with us confidential and use it only to advise you, except where the law requires disclosure. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

Website content

The content, logo and design of this website belong to vPlus. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for that session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
