Our approach
This policy explains what personal data vPlus. collects through vplus.co.in, why we collect it and how we protect it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
What we collect
- Booking and enquiry details: your name, company, email address, mobile number, chosen service and time, and any notes you add.
- Payment details: PayU processes your payment. We receive only the payment status, amount and payment ID. We never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your consultation, including sending the calendar invite and meeting link.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the advice you asked for.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for the consultation and for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. After that we delete or anonymise them.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS. Booking records are stored outside the public part of our web server, and access is limited to vPlus.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@vplus.co.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The PayU payment page may set cookies needed to process your payment securely.
